this is a meditation on grief,
but it is really about the gratitude I have,
for the wind, the sun
the feeling of sand on my bare feet,
the sound of leaves blowing in the wind,
the feeling of sitting down after walking for hours

it's a thank you note to the beauty of life itself,
especially after being lost in fear of what could happen
